Your account is free. There are no charges for your account. You simply pay for the videos and photos you want to download. These purchases will always be listed against your account for you to access. Any videos you have paid to stream will only be accessible for three days after purchase. Your account will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

It is possible to make purchases by paying the exact monies for the movies and photos you wish to purchase for downloading and streaming. For your convenience you can also deposit funds to use over time. Any future purchases will use any monies you have left in your deposited funds. To deposit funds you must:

1. Log into your account and
2. Click on the My Account icon found at the top right corner of the page. If you don't know which is the My Account icon then hover over each of the icons to see a description
3. From the drop down click on My Account
4. On the My Account page you will see your current account balance and below that you'll see a Deposit Funds box. Click in the box and select one of the amount options: $5, $10, $20 or $50 and click on Go
5. The Buy Credits box will appear. Click on Buy and complete the CCBill form and Place your Order.

The monies will then be credited against your account.
If you wish to close your account please contact support for a refund of any deposited funds you have remaining.

Your transaction will appear as CCBillEU.

Generally each movie is between 15 and 20 minutes long.
